Hey all. I've been working on an original song for a uni assessment. I'm happy with a lot of it, but I'm still unsure how to proceed with a few things.
Everything was recorded in at our uni studio including the synths. There is still one more guitar part to go in but I've almost finished that.

I based it off of a Rush type of sound and some Iron Maiden influence in there, as well as others.
The main problem area was the bass guitar, the sound coming out of the amp didn't end up being too great, and I only have the PSA-1 in Pro Tools for any type of modelling.
I'm very new to mixing vocals, I chucked some verb and delay on an aux track and sent it there but I don't know if it has any effect.
Please let me know what the low end feels like as I haven't had a chance to check it on the studio monitors with everything together yet.
