howdy....what is it that you want cleaned up? if it the distortion, im afraid i dont think anything will clean that up for you. you'll prolly have to rerecord with less distortion.
if its background noise youre trying to clean up, then a gate may work...or what i do is manually silence the parts where im not playing.

When you record, do it with a clean DI signal as well as the mic'ed cabinet (guitar to DI, DI out to mixer/preamp, DI Thru to cabinet input and mic the cabinet). This way you get the sound of your cabinet with all its color and a clean signal to mix in and/or use in Guitar Rig. Blending the clean and mic'ed tracks can help in making the electric guitar more defined. Also test the mic in different locations about the speaker cone (cone center, edge and half way between). This will make a huge difference in the sound recorded. If your room isn't good and you want to reduce the amount of room affect on the recording then stick the mic up against the cabinet grill.

Lastly, or maybe FIRST, if the room your cabinet is in acoustically sucks, so will your recordings. Acoustically treat the room if it isn't already.
