If I send one of my tracks to be mastered... What do i send? Each track in the mix? Or the whole song? another thing... do i remove all of the effects put on to the song? How does it work?
don't confuse mastering with mixing. Mastering is done after you've mixed the song. You send the mix to the mastering engineer in a format that he can use.
