In a general sense, you need to enable monitoring. But exactly how you do that depends alot on your setup, about which you have told us very little.

For instance, you "plug the guitar on mic". Sounds like a microphone input to *something*. What is that *something*? The mic input on a PC? A mixer? A USB or FireWire interface? A stand-alone recorder?

If you're going into a PC, what DAW (recording software) are you using?

You can monitor yourself in 1 of 2 ways using an audio interface.

1) Most audio interfaces have a direct path from input to output that does not go through the computer DAW at it.
2) Use the monitoring features of your DAW. This means the sound goes into your interface, through your DAW, and then back out to the interface.

It sounds to like you have (1) above working. The problem with this, as you have discovered, is that you don't hear any of the effects applied by the DAW. What you need to do it turn off (1), and figure out how to get (2) working. Look in your DAW for some kind of setting or check-box for monitoring the input in real-time.
