Hi,
A have had this one laying around for som time, but have only now gotten around to mix it properly. I rather like it myself, and would like some feedback.
The vocals are not mine, but I have played all instruments, as well as recorded and mixed. So bash away :)
The lyrics are Danish - the title means "Sorry".
Dropbox link removed and song uploaded as per DonnyThompson's recommandation.

Hi oynaz,
The entier drum mix seems in a different room that the rest of the song and the Hi-Hat has too much high frequencies and is too hot in the mix.
The rest of the mix sounds ok here.
The arrangement is very simple but effective. Altought I would have done more than copy-paste for the rest of the song. On the singing part you could have played some clean guitar hit following the snare or some other rithmic content.. Just saying ;)
All in all, good job !! thanks for sharing !

Thanks - I have updated my OP and uploaded a new version.
Thanks for the kind words. I agree about the hihat and the drums. I turned down the hihat a notch, and removed some reverb from the drums. I then turned up the aster reverb a bit. That helped.
I am not sure about the arrangement. It is purposefully simple, but I might have overdone it (underdone it? Whatever.) a bit. I will play around with it.
I have uploaded a new version with the drum fixes.

So, after having this track hanging around for a long time, I decided to give it some more love. I have gotten my hands on some proper monitors in the meantime, and have tweaked quite a bit. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for the reply. Regarding the arrangement, I have been a bit indecisive. The song is very driven by the lyrics, and I do not want to distract from them. On the other hand, it might get a bit monotomous. I suspect it will solve itself - I get my hands on a very nice guiter this weekend, and I probably cannot resist recording it anyway :-)

You'll get more responses if you actually upload the song to your post instead of posting a link to dropbox.
People are wary about downloading files. I'm not accusing you of anything, but we don't really know what we might be downloading - whether or not it might be an infected file, malware, or something else we would rather not have on our own computers.
This is easy - when you write your next post, at the bottom right hand corner of the window, you'll see a button that says "upload a file".
Click on this button, and it will allow you to select the file you wish to upload. Select the mp3 of your song from wherever it is on your computer, and click "open" .
The file you selected will then upload with your post and allow members to hear your song without having to download it.
The other alternative is to post the song to soundcloud and then paste the link in your post, but I would suggest you do the first method and just upload the file. ;)
