When I saw this video I had to share it with a co-worker who happens to be a very accomplished drummer. This has to be the best designed Virtual Drum Kit I have ever heard. Make sure you listen in HD 720p. Amazingly dynamic and the built in sounds sound. .good! Hard to believe, yes I know. Just listen:

Well now, that's super spam. But as spam we'd all like to ham around with it. Now folks don't need to worry about how lousy the room sounds or how much noise they are making. I love it. And it's no louder than a set of practice pads that don't make any noise. That's more like it. I wish I continued to become a drummer but I couldn't take out loud it was sitting behind it. I could deal with this. Back in 1978/79 electronic drums sounded well, awfully electronic, phony, awful. That's more like it. Something I wouldn't have any problems putting no microphones on. Although it does take a lot of the fun of creating that sound yourself out of the equation. It's alright, my math was awful anyhow.

1+1 = Neve. 2+2 = API. Remy + Neve = 0 see what I mean?

Well it certainly could replace studio drums and save a whole lot of problems for recording and amplified live applications. Why shouldn't it? This just makes it easier, more repeatable or with more variety. This is the physical drum equivalent to a DAW. It's part of the next wave. And Chris just balled me out for not accepting this newer technology of 21st century recordings. So I guess I'm making trouble again? I'm so consistently inconsistent. But I sure wouldn't mind this drum set. I wonder if it can actually quantize your playing in real time? If they can correct vocal pitch in real time...? Shirley, they should be able to quantize your rhythm in real time... what? Your name isn't SHURELEY??

Hey man... don't answer the phone... I think it's bugged?
