Well...I was violated on thursday night..my car was stolen! Came out Friday morning and it was not where I parked it!
Filed report and got a call that evening at 5:30 PM saying they found my car...funny thing is..the cop who called me said I could come pick it up..if that was supposed to be humor I would have slapped him silly over the phone if I could have...
well...take a look at what they did!

Ouch! Sorry that happened to you. Having lived in Flushing, Queens, NY, I've had three cars stolen there, funny how they all look the same afterwards!(mine were found too.) It takes a few minutes of " Hmm, I'm tired, musta parked it around the block last night" before it sinks in. It really is a violating feeling. Damn, as far as slappin cops around, they certainly need it sometimes. I love punchin out cops, and have been known to do it from time to time. LOL, my younger bro is a NYC cop, (his head is thicker than concrete). :D

P.S. Good luck, and don't slap any cops....

Damn dude.....they stole it for the front clip and airbags>?????? thats insane. An investigator should look at recent accident cars..that need airbags, ebay for airbags or something. Looks like they could be caught..but far worse things go on...glad you did not confront the theives..as you may have just dissapeared.

Is that my old cutless back there???

It happens to the best of us...feel fortunant..hopefully the insurance will total it and you get a new ride. This time feel lucky.

MAC user here!
Hmmm ... strip job! More than likely, from the looks of things, some punk ran away from an accident (hit and run), and had to get parts without them being traceable. He'll rebuild his front end, add some ground effects, paint it in his garage, and nobody will question it. It might even be back on the street by now!
I hope your insurance treats you right. Getting a fair settlement out of those bastards is like pulling teeth. I had someone smack the front end of my truck in a parking lot a couple of weeks ago, and they bolted, of course. Nobody saw it. I have $1400 worth the damage, and the insurance company (State Farm) is giving me shit about it!
