If you want to go the ProTools route, you haven't much choice in terms of interface. It's the Digidesign hardware, or, at a pinch, M-Audio.

Once you say that you are prepared to consider recording and production software other than PT, then you have a large choice of interfaces. You don't give any idea of budget, but assuming a middle range, I would go for a FireWire system such as the RME FireFace series, or wait for the new Mackie 1200F.

If your budget will stretch to top-end interfaces, come back here for further recommendations.

I am starting my recording "Career" and I want equipment which will be powerful for the next 4 years. I am not going to buy a firewire solo (m-audio) and change it in 2 weeks!!:) I want something good.. reliable and as pro as it can be!! Do you believe that its better buying an expensive soundcard like 003 than an mbox2 pro or similar at this moment?

That's not the choice you should be thinking about first. You are unlikely to get something now that you will still be satisfied with in four years, but don't let that put you off!

The decision to make now is whether to go the ProTools route or some other route.

ProTools
for: industry standard
against: severely limited interface choice, not the best preamp and converters for the money.

Other software/hardware
for: wide choice of hardware and software that best suits your budget and usage.
against: not much, really. Maybe some people will not have heard of the brands that you eventually choose.

If you still decide to go for PT, then come back again and we can steer you to choose the best compromise interface for your needs.

Oh god!! It's difficult to choose!!
Well I believe that PT will be better for me , because I want this staff for training mostly , since my university use PT hd and logic pro in its edit rooms.
So I choose PT route!
Now !! which interfance?
MBOX 2 PRO ? 003 rack ? 003 workstation (expensive!;/)
It's better to go on M-audio product? I want an interface and software both 1000-1300USD! I like 003 but i don;t have 2600 USD!! Do you believe that it's money worth? What about latency?and audio processing?
thanks for your time ! I discusss so much but these will be my first equipment after a Cubase SX3 and BCA (Behringer) and I want something good to Improve my knowledge and recording techniques

more inputs and outputs on the 003 than there is on the mbox. thats why i wish i kinda went with 003 rather than the mbox. you dont need the workstation. i think its kind of better to work without it.

The 002Rs are going for $800-900 at Mc Musicians Freind.
