audience reaction pedal

Kind of an anemic website, as a vehicle to inform the public, imo. No user testimonials, no money back guarantee, heck I couldn't even buy one! And I need to adjust the level on my audience reaction ;)

What the freak is an "audience reaction pedal", and what does it have to do with a dual volume pedal....and why would anyone want something that big and bulky to gouge their ankles, anyway?

And those "Delrin" to metal gears...wise choice.

I have to agree without seeing it, the Delrin to metal sounds like a bad idea.

This would have been great back when audience reaction (aka "laugh tracks") were "played" by a weird keyboard-type machine using tapes (like a Mellotron). These days, I think there are other ways to do this... :lol:
Having said this, I watched a broadcast sound mixer in a FOX truck during the Superbowl. He could have used a couple of those pedals the way he was grabbing at knobs and pushing faders with pencils! And I have a modified Ernie Ball stereo volume pedal a friend of mine made a little MIDI box for. Now the EB can transmit MIDI controller data to my Lexicon LXP to vary the reverb/FX levels for my live mixing. And it's a helluvalot less clunky than the box shown on that site!

I forgive you for posting this shill here simply because you're from Eugene and that in itself begs for forgiveness.
