Hi

I'm searching for a pair of active quality monitors. They will have 4 ft of space in front them and 13 ft next to each side of them.

I would really appreciate some recommendations. Thank you.

Hey Freddy put your pic back up if you want. I work as a landscape designer and do drawings all the time. I can't even begin to tell you the crap that so called pros give out, he wasn't claiming to be a draftsman.
Space, you crush people all the time for not giving enough info.
Monitor choice will not make a bad room sound better, there is no correct answer.
There are a HUGE number of posts on monitors you should search the forums but here are a few recent ones

and this one that had me rolling around

If you still have sense of humor left this classic

but more seriously

Crush?

Rather extreme isn't it? It is easy to search, as you have pointed out. This is my preferred mode of getting information, searching. Hopefully it will become Freddys' method as well.

When you think about the fact that no one knows where Freddy is in the WORLD, one has to ask for MUCH detail. The little things, it's always the little things.

But asking with the aid of a first grade hand drawn picture, not suitable for framing, but one surely, only a Mother could love coupled with multiple postings is always a good way to make friends.

That's how I started out:)

Show jg49 the pretty picture Freddy.

Let me check my cache, I prolly have a copy in here summers....

Room dynamics are different. Across the pond many folks may have brick and concrete as wall surfaces. Ceilings may also be taller.

In yours and my country, for the most part, it is wood framed and sheetrock with 8 to 9 foot top out.

And yes, music is different in all areas of the world. Had it not been for Eastern World experimentation/influence, the Beatles may have never been much more than some bugs.
