Anybody using this unit? Im about to pull the trigger on one of these to use with my 002R and 1604vlzpro.

I have it. I like it. I had the Presonus Digimax and its operational noise was unacceptable and sold it and replaced it with the mackie 800r. The mackie 800r is a much better unit than the presonus digimax and cheaper.

The 800r Pres are very nice with lots of headroom and the AD/DA converters are better than the presonus.

(Jonnyc...the onyx pres are better than the pre in the Digimax)
