I'm very very new at THIS (cause I normally just make beats and rap) so forgive.
(Below is a "I said all of that to say this..." speech, so skip if you feel)
We've started a rap group 3 years ago, and it's finale rising after all our hard work. We just released a CD but our picture isn't on it. So the public outside of our city knows not who we are in appearance or style.
Question:
I'm finding out that my job is to set the stage of our image. As wardrobe and things. actually BUMP the description :mad: !
What do I suppose to do? I didn't go to school for this :confused: !

Not sure exactly what you are asking about. I assume it is how do you become an A&R person. There are a couple of routes.
First be a performing musician and be in a group and start working with the group's image. When they go platinum you will be sought out by others for your skills and make millions of dollars every year helping other groups go platinum.

You can go to college. Get a degree in Music Business, apply what you have learned and get to be recognized as a person with talent, flair and accomplishments and be asked to work for a record company finding and guiding new artists.
I guess the choice is up to you,
