hi every 1 i wish u all a ver Happy New Year, i need some help regarding how does a studio of a normal standard would charge, for jingles, voice overs, what should be the critaria for the charging for the following.
1 for a 1 minute jingle.
2 for a 1 minute tv add music.
3 for a radio add.
does the rates vary according to the Brands. or they are always the same. i need to setup a rate chart and need help, please do suggest if there is any website regarding this.

Suggest contacting other studios in your geographical area and asking what their rates are.
Here in Northern Ohio the rates per hour can go from $25.00 to $210.00 with the $25 being at the low end bedroom or basement studio and $210 for a professional studio that is state of the art.
