I just discovered this forum, which was very lucky for me.

I'm in the process of creating a home studio in a spare room, and I need some monitor stands, I think 36" high. I've been looking for reviews but haven't found much. I saw one review of Ultimate stands in which the reviewer said they topple over easily. (Maybe he didn't fill them with sand?)

Anyway, if anyone has suggestions they'd be much appreciated. My monitors are Mackie HR824's. They're on the heavy side, and I really don't want them to fall.
