Benchmark Mic-Man

I'm curious about this little preamp. Given the hype surrounding the wonderful DAC-1 at the moment, I was just wondering if they could produce another budget miracle.

THe Mic-man might be wonderful, but I'd check the intended mics to see how well they work on 12v phantom power. Normal studio phantom power is 48v, though many mics will operate correctly with less.

The FMR RNP is considered by many to be the best affordable mic preamp.
