Hi, if you want more comments you should post the mp3 here instead of using an external link..

The song is interesting. It has many good ambiances but I think they are not fitting together as a in a band.
Wide stereo mixies are fun but this one lacks of real focus in the center, since the vocal is a bit thin and mixed in the back. I would have liked at least the dist solo in the middle.
Actually if the guitars would be better balance in the mix, they might let more of the other instruments cut through it would be a nice first step.
Of course a great part of this comment comes from taste.

What is your monitoring system, headphones ? the stereo image get screwed with those sometime.

I here great potential and hope you post more versions along the production

Cool song, nice arrangement etc. If I were to get really picky with this I'd tighten up the guitar performance and sit them more in the mix. I feel like we're losing a lot of the snare to the guitar brightness and as the snare isn't "Poppy" it can't really compete. When it plays lead it comes through nicely but I feel like it's a bit too forward in general. Nice vocal performance. Definitely a good start man! Very nice.

Thx
I'll bring the rhythm guitars down a bit. I've almost always found its better to turn something down than something up

Personally, I would add a touch of 4k or so to the snare, just to add a little presence along with the "body" that you have now. Not much, though... just a db or so - you don't want it jumping out at you, because it's sitting nicely in the mix as it is. It just needs a little presence.

I'd agree that the guitars are a bit hot at times... you've also got them panned pretty wide, so they tend to stand out more because they're not cluttered in the middle with everything else that's centered. If you pulled those back just a bit, I think you'd be good.

BTW, I'm digging the dynamic range... make sure you keep that, because it's an attractive facet to the song... it makes it more pleasing to listen to - instead of having everything compressed/crushed balls to the wall.

I'd like to hear a final mix of this with a LUFS measurement of around -15db or so, with true peaks set at -0.5 db. This is one of those songs that would really support and benefit from having a nice, wide dynamic range.

IMHO of course.

Great intro, palpably clear guitar, fine use of reverb, creates a strong vibe which is adroitly held and developed as the song plays. Maybe the mix is a bit guitar heavy in the chorus section. Maybe the vocal is a bit too dry.
But lots of slick musicianship tightly arranged and performed. The middle instrumental dropdown is a bit empty, seems to lack a solid idea or direction, but it's only a few seconds long.
Great singing too, well suited to this sound.
