Ive always been curious to know what all of you project and pro studio owners do as a standard procedure when powering down your gear?
Stuff like if you power down your computer completely or if you put it to sleep until your next session? Espescially with computers these days you always here that its not good to constantly power up and down computers to minimize the wear and tear on the system. is this a myth or true?
For studios that run around the clock. is it safe for gear to stay on for loooooong periods of time or is powering down mADATory after ever long day?
