Does anyone have any word on the D&R mic preamp out of Sweden.? (I think)
There is a local distributor in Texas that I may get a review unit to check out if anyone has anything positive to say about it.
It is supposed to be the same mic preamp from their top of the line Orion consoles which appear to be pretty pricey.
Right now I own a few pres like RNPs, Mackies,DMP-3 and have a Great Rivers mp2-nv (that I am checking out). I wonder where in the scheme of things this D&R pre might fit?

I've worked on a few D&R consoles and I have found the mic pre's acceptable.

I have found that getting parts from D&R for their consoles can be lengthy and somewhat expensive. Something to keep in mind if you have any support issues and/or equipment maintenance.
