Hi all! Has anyone got a chance yet to hear the new mic preamp's from universal audio, the 4110 and 8110? I was wondering if these are, as mentionned on the UA site really versatile as far as sound is concerned.
What I'd want to know is how they compare to e.g. Focusrite isa range. If you want a high quality pre with a transparent sound but that can, at times, also bring some colour to your sound, would it be better to go for the Focusrite liquid channel (or any other suggestion)?
