Thanks! Yup still at it. Music is our life, eh.
I'm living on the Island now. Not far from you. Maybe one day we can finally meet. What have you been up too?
Two kids mostly, ....I haven't recorded as much as I would like.
Two kids mostly, ....I haven't recorded as much as I would like. I do more repairs now, some cool studios here that use gear from the 1950s....fun stuff to work on. I do a few service calls, here and there. But it's mostly drop stuff. How about you, what made you move to the island?
Ya.... vintage gear. nice(y) I've always wanted to live

I've always wanted to live here so after a divorce it made sense to finally make the move. My family lives in Vancouver so I'm also closer to them:)
I'm in the cabinet refinishing business and there is a ton of work here so that also made sense to move.
Music: I'm having fun recording my own stuff now. Took a 22 year leave from that, finally getting back to it again. Life is pretty good, touch wood.

Sorry to butt in, but man, i sense some tragic irony that with all that high end stuff, now ended up being the time you got to tracking your stuff. At least your enjoying it, thats whats truly important.
Did not know you were a wood worker.... that’s my other hobby. B

You never need to worry about “butting in” Kyle. But thanks for the humble words.
I sold most of my gear and gave all the money to the nasty woman so I’m starting over basically from scratch. Good trade for sanity and peace in life.
I bought an Akai MPCx and it’s awesome. I cannot believe how good acoustic tracks sound and translate. I’m thinking I should upload a few bars soon to share.
