hi,
for all out there. I would like to purchase multitrack analog tape recorder (16 ch). My budget is 2500$.
I found Tascam atr60/16 with remote and dbx noise reduction for 2000$, but I heard that this machine is bad.
Anyone that was useing this machine give me some information about it or tell me what should I buy in this budget range...

I've heard good things about the 60/16 but I've never used one. Another model to look for in a 1" 16 would be the Tascam MS-16 and the Otari MX-70. If your lucky and you know something about electronics you might be able to find a 2" deck that needs a little work for $2500.
