So many choices...
I am buying a new kit and am not sure which kick pedal to buy. I bought a ludwig classic birch 20" kick. Am I better off with a DW ?000 pedal over a nice ludwig? What do you think? What do you use?

I was hoping you were going to get some replies from others.
Drum pedals are a personal thing. Just about all the major companies produce good quality drum pedals. Certainly DW have some good pedals, as do Pearl, Yamaha, Ludwig, etc. Which one is best, or which one is best for you is pretty much down to personal preference.
Ideally you want to go to a shop or trade show where you can try out a whole range of pedals and make up your own mind.
