Alright, I've got Reaper for recording stuff. I can't figure out how to convert my already saved files into something Windows Media Player can play. Also, When I record, from an outside mic or from some drum beats I made on the computer, the volume is low. When I adjust the recording volume higher I get a ton of static in the playback, and there is no happy middle ground. Any suggestions?
