FW400 or FW800 to PCMCIA or ExpressCard Slot

Hey guys -

Anybody know of a specific (Brand and Model) board which works well? I prefer the TI chipset, but have found that the RME Fireface is less picky than others, so any one that works solidly would be great!

Basically, I think I'll need a ExpressCard to FW400 or FW800 adapater such as the one located at this link:

But would prefer to not spend $100 to $400 without knowing for sure that it is a high quality unit!

Don't know what you are planning, or what DAW you are using, but I recall that the DigiDesign web site recommends not mixing firewire 400 and 800 devises on the same set up.

Thanks. I only plan on using one FW device - the Fireface 800.
