I've got a Peavy PV20 mixer, its usb but was just wondering if anyone knows that if i use it in logic it will have each channel on the mixer in logic? Or will it just be in one or two channels?

Hmph. My apologies. It appears that you may get feeds from each of the monitor buses but I wouldn't put money on it.
Also, tip: don't plug the USB for this into an external hub. Go directly onto the PC (front or back, they're both directly connected anyway).
