Hi. I had looked for an "ideal" usb card for some time now.
I realized that the most important feature i'm looking for is the Hi Z instrument input that i see on new usb and firewire audio devices.
I'm wondering if there is anyway to do that "direct instrument input" with my old sound blaster live...
I know..i could buy a DI but for that i buy the M-audio fasttrack for the same price with DI and mic PRE...

So, is there any other way, like an impedance adapter or something like that, a cheap way to adapt the line input of the SB live to accept instrument input (hi z input) ?
