Currently Im using an Audiophile on my first computer and am very happy with its rock solid driver performance.

I need another card for my second computer only for its ASIO drivers, so I won't be needing high quality ADDA, MIDI I/O.

Should I expect the same performance with M-Audio's Revolution 5.1 for vst instruments playing?

Obviously this card is not only aimed at gamers, cause It sais in the manual that it does come with ASIO drivers for musicians who need low latency.

Im always getting recommendations for Audiophole, but I won't be needing the extras.

Here in Australia the Revolution 5.1 costs RRP$169 and the Audiophile RRP$399 so the price sais perfect, however would I be missing out on anything other than what was mentioned?

Like an inferrior version of ASIO?
