So what do you all think of this DAW/video setup? Any glaring mistakes?
Antec P150 (case includes the Neo HE 430W ATX12V v2.2), might add 2 x 92mm fans. So sad it doesn't come in silver/black

A few considerations on the side:
If I'm not mistaken the on board FW800 is on the PCI-e bus.
I plan to work with a Yamaha 01v96v2 on mLAN.
There is no need for a PCI soundcard, unless maybe a DSP-card like the UAD or TC Powercore later on.
If I rout it correctly I should also be able to use the FX section of the 01v96
If the stock cooler turns out too loud I will probably replace it with a Zalman AlCu 7700 or so. I have heard they're pretty decent though, so I'll wait and hear.
My max trackcount will be around 32, including MIDI.
Your points of view are much appreciated.

Hi,
Thanx for your input, ADK.
I just pulled the trigger on this one. Had to change the vid card into GigaByte VGA GV-NX62TC256D8 128 MB (GV-NX62TC256D8).
When it's all is assembled I´ll try to run some test and hopefully I´ll be able to post some nice results.
HI, UAD and Nforce 4 with dual core are a no go right now. UAD
HI,
UAD and Nforce 4 with dual core are a no go right now.
UAD is working on it.
aside from that Nforce 4 with a DC AMD work great, single core is terrible
