OK guys and gals...what is the standard "newbie question" that we have all seen posted about 3 million times on every forum from here to Timbuktu?

"I am getting pops and crackles in my song...waaaaaa!"

There are tons of reasons for this...buffer values...defragging the HD...CPU usage overload (too many channels and/or plugs), etc...

If I see *one* more post with this question, I think I am going to puke!

Well guess what? *I* now have a song that I am getting pops and crackles in, and I can't solve it! Grrrrrrr. :) )
