I've been using this subscription,used service for a few months. The audio quality is good. I have music spanning from the 70s-current, on my playlists.

The i find the difference between songs levels, enough where they are uncomfortablely soft or loud, sometimes when playing back to back.

Should this be addressed by mastering engineers, or is it the broadcasters responsibility? Or is it okay to have Stop what I'm doing to adjust the volume? Should I be using some sort of gain limiter for my iPad lol? I've never liked the sort of auto level functions in receivers and players.
