I recently downloaded Real PC, which (supposedly) lets you run Windows 95 and 98 on a Mac. I still can't get it to work, after several days of trying. Their tech support is virtually non-existant. Luckily, they offer an easy refund, which I will call for tomorrow.
So, now I'm thinking of trying VirtualPC. Does anyone have experience with it? Does it work well for playing relatively lo-tech online games? Is the installation "idiot-proof"?

Well, from what our Admin is saying is that the Virtual PC is more for those online trading programs, PC office programs or silly stuff like that..using it for PC games is not reccomended as that will slow it down considerably..
Obviously having a stand alone PC for gaming is the best solution(don't you have one still SOS?! ...or did it die a horrible death yet?! :p )

Actually, the PC is screamin. Haven't had any probs at all. But my girlfriend and I found a cool RPG called The Fourth Coming that we want to play together, online. So, we need two PCs cuz there's no Mac version.
This is a pretty lo tech game. It's a 2D wizard/dragon/magic kinda thang. If we play together we can help each other, defeat higher level monsters, and progress faster. I doubt that I would have any problem running it on my Mac with an emulator. People are playing it on 5 year old dinosaurs with Windows 95 ... lol. It's no UT or Quake hehehe.
