Please help me decide which one.

It seems that I have found the last Gigabyte K8NS Ultra-939 and Asus A8V Deluxe Rev.2 boards left on the planet. I would like a little help in my decision of which board to buy. Both seem to be solid boards and I plan to use a dual core 3800+. Also, could you tell me the possible pitfalls I might face with either one of these?

I would go with ASUS but mostly for sentimental reasons. They were always one step ahead of competition in the "old days" but now it's all pretty much the same. I don't think you can make a mistake with either one.
