- Solo the VSTi/MIDI track you want to render (in Cubase rendering is called EXPORT).
- Set up the markers to designate what part or how much of the track you want to export. Select all if thats what you want.
- Go to the FILE menu and select EXPORT and in the submenu AUDIO MIXDOWN.
I'm not a Cubase user or expert but this should work.
This method should work in most DAW programs in case anyone else finds this thread through a search. Some DAW's will have a convert MIDI to audio feature but most do not-especially at the LE or crippleware level.
