Hey there, I was considering buying the Tascam us 1800 audio interface but Im a little worried about whether these types of things have the capabilities to record punch ins (and other editing necessities) because we would probably make many mistakes and have to redo starting from certain points. Im guessing that you would just take care of this in whatever program you use to edit but is this difficult to do for our band members? So I have in mind the zoom r16 mixer so that we could do this but I realize this could sacrifice quality.So would we be alright to just get the audio interface? P.s I cant really go over this price limit so any thoughts would be helpful for us to know whether this handles our situation.
