I actualy own these now but I was woundering if these headphones are good.

You seem to want a bunch of justification for your purchases. Do they sound good to you? Thats the only question you should have to ask.

You shouldn't be doing any mixing in your headphones. You seem so worried about your monitors being flat, but you'll mix in headphones that overhype certain frequencies? Like Dave said, stop trying to justify your gear purchases, no need to do that around here, the proof is in your mixes, not your gear.
