If you delete it, does windows discover it again when you re-boot? If it does, do you have onboard sound and is it enabled?

yes it does come back when i delete ,but i dont have onboard sound ive got an asus tusl2c motherboard the only expansion device it came with was 2 extra usbports witch i didnt install

So the USB ports are disabled in the BIOS?

it hows up as a serial bus controller in bios usually this is usb dut i disabled usb in bios already any ideas?

You need to update the driver and point it to the CD that came with the Motherboard. Also there's an INF update you need to install for Windows to see the 815 chipset properly
