Hi, new here and am looking for advice about plugins. I've been looking into Wavesbecause it seems like most people use those. I saw they are doing a special with GTR and I wanted to ask if you guys have any opinions about that. Is it worth it if I can get both packages together?

GTR is pretty good the only problem I have with it is you cant use your own cab impulses. It is nice for the effects tho. If you are looking for a good amp sim for metal try Amplitube Metal or Revalver.
