vocals recording with 2 out sound card

hey,
I got a emu 0404 sound card.
with event tr8 connected.
very happy.
now - I want to record vocals - but my event are connected to the card...I need headphones...how can one connect the headphones along with the monitors to have maximum comfort.
and if a mixer is the answer - think budget wise ;)

Try a consumer receiver/amplifier combination. You will have speaker switches and a headphone jack. You may have to switch the speakers on and off or, the headphones may interrupt the speakers output. Problems solved.
