I was thinking of getting an Asus P4C800-E Deluxe motherboard
Pentium 4 3.2GHz, Socket 478, 875P, ATX, 4GB duel-DDR400, 800MHz FSB, Hyper-threading.
I believe the board can take up to 4GB Ram.
I was thinking of getting a Kingston, (KVR400X64C3AK2/1G) 1GB kit 400MHz DDR PC3200 Dimm 3-3-3. Two 512MB sticks.
IF IAM OK THAN HOW MANY STICKS I HAVE TO BUY TO GET 4GB FULL RAM

First 4GB of RAM is a total waste of money. Just because the MOBO supports it doesn't mean your OS or Programs will utilize it and they won't.
Second 1GB is enough for most users unless you run alot of large samples. In that case 1.5 or 2GB may be needed.
Third 4GB of RAM may have the opposite effect you desire and may actually decrease performance.
Your MOBO supports 4 Dimms so you would need 1GB dimms to reach 4GB, I would start with 1GB (2 x 512MB Dimms) and see how it performs, if you need more you can always add some. Kingston is OK but I prefer Corsair.
You can get 1GB of Corsair XMS at Newegg for $115
