Hi! I've been around in recording since about 4 years and I'd like to get to the next level and I'm looking for a very good book or ebook about recording and mixing. I'd like to know more about eq and frequencies...

Thanks guys!

Here is my book on recording.

Use no EQ. Select your microphones carefully. Use dynamic microphones instead of cheap condenser microphones.

As far as frequencies? Record as often as possible, frequently. Avoid frequencies that are outside the realm of human hearing. And tried to not frequent titty bars too often.

Avoid pop & beer as it will interfere with your recording. Try placing a soft rubber sponge in your mouth to prevent blasting the microphone.

See what happens when you try to listen to your playback in stereo with just one ear? If it doesn't sound spacious, remove one speaker.

My recording sound like nothing else.
