Hi everyone.
I have couple of questions regarding some '95 issued AMEK MOZART I/O modules, in particular the MZ-11 and MZ-15RN:

I have located the schematics of the MZ-15RN module. And I have made a PSU for 2 modules with +/- 17.5VDC and AGND (analog?) and +5VDC and DGND (digital?). There are rails for these voltages on edge connector J2.

All LEDs with on/off switches do work and the MZ11 modules do sound from MIC-IN (J3-A25/C25) to I-SND (J3-A7/C7) although without the EQ. But there are some key momentary switches on each module (MUTE and EQ IN) that doesn't seem to engage because the LEDs never light up in any position. This might be because the +5VDC relays on each module won't power up. And there is a 2nd connection for +5VDC and some kind of ground on the J1 connector called C+5V on J1-A27 and CGND on J1-A28/C28. Is this correct?

The VCA sub boards are all in place and - since I'll rack the modules in a non-automated manner - those VCA subs ought to be in "bypass".
On the ANALOG RECORDING FORUM, Matt S. told me that in order to do so I have to "Link 5 Volt automation + to Automation 0 Volts". But how do I do that?

As I said, I have complete schematics for the MZ15-RN module, just in case.

I've wired up some of the Amek units in the past (not those particular ones), but unfortunately was not able to retain the circuit details from that job. Don't post your schematics in a public place, but if you could scan them and PM them to me, I should be able to tell you what you need to do.

This thread should be in the DIY Pro Audio Forum.
