I think its a freaking busyness questions
We have a very nice material that got a lot of good feedback and showed signs of demand all over the world. But we cant find a god damn drummer.
How do bigger bands go about that? Is there any possible way to get our foot in that door?
We are from Utah... and drummer situation is just plain horrible I know at least 10 bands that are constantly spamming craigslist list etc to find one...
We dont even care how old he(even she) will be... Just be dedicated and have some skills

Green's a drag to read bro...

Advertise including reasonable expectation of income details... and DON'T BS the player... be hardass up front... and be ready to pay... but also pay yourselves. Get this into a solid business arrangement that spells out reasonably tight details for each of the members.

I'd scour all the metro areas where you know your flavor of metal is known to go over well.

If you got some street cred, organize a street team to start lookin' for drummers in those towns. Split the airfare with the best of the best you get names of, to come out for a tryout. If you're both interested, that should be incentive enough.
