Does anyone know what vocal processing they are using to get his voice to project so clearly?
I feel like there is an exciter somewhere in the chain, however, the voice sounds like it has about a 25ms delay (probably natural) from the speakers which I know creates a phase effect resulting in extra harmonic responses, so i'm unsure.
Listen to the line "I've been drawn into your magnet tar pit trap", theres a bass reflex response I can hear, it's not a natural response. (i.e. obviously the frequency range is not distributed naturally, theres a dip in the mid frequencies of the voice). Thats why I believe it's an exciter (BBE qualities), or a multi presser possibly? Maybe even just EQ alone with the delayed phase difference creates this?
Thanks for any help, I'd like to have this effect in my live rig.

Oh wowwww! I knew there was a gagdet that I could buy, how much is it? Put me down for two so I can sound twice as good as them. I so want C.R.A.P. sound, I do, I do, I do.
So if I get Dave Matthews sound system and mic I'll sound just like him won't I? Or do I have to actually get him to sing the parts?

Heck. Even listening on studio monitors and phones I cannot tell what is going on because of the poor recording quality, the poor audio quality of YouTube, which includes loads of alliasing effects itself and the crowd singing along.
The engineer for Seether hangs out on ProSoundWeb.coms forum. So, you should post and see what they use live there. Pro guys generally aren't using enhancers and such that you guys talk so much about here. The PAs are such that microphones and vocalists make all the difference in the world. I think Seether is using either a Digi Venue or a DigiCo, I cannot recall.
