Thanks for your reply, but is that it? End of conversation, still no official response at SS site except for the press release? The press release seems to make a point of not saying anything. If it's all good news why is it such a secret?

it is not so much that it is a secret. if there are any, I sure am not aware of them.
In truth it really is too early to tell. the contract was just signed, now it is time to see how puzzle will work it self out, meaning how everything is going to fit together to better both companies. The vibe both in words and feel from both companies sounds and is working in a direction the will benefit every one involved including the current user base. The current user base as well as the future user base is very much apart of what decisions are being made. Only time will reveal what "Exactly" that will be. ;)
