1979 MCI console, modded with several channels of API pre's. Lots of the 'standard faire" of the 70's in signal processing.

The only things I think they're missing is a couple of dayglo-orange bean bag chairs, harvest gold shag carpeting... and Peruvian Marching Powder. ;)

I normally do not do cover stuff as I like to focus on writing original songs and you are always compared with the original. In preparation for a big mixing and mastering job for our band's first EP, I decided to do a cover of a song from my favourite band AIC as a test to see how close I could make a production to the original with limited effort. And it was also fun!

I've mentioned it here and there, but I finished my home studio. Even at a discount, fees were killing me, and I have the space, PT, Logic, monitors etc...

Here's a song with a few different grooves in it, and thus a couple of different instrument choices re: snare and bass per groove. Let me know if this is good enough to demo quality.

hi.. fairly new to mixing and mastering. Check out my mix and let me know what I can improve on. FYI, artist brought a YouTube beat to the session and didn't have wav files so it was a little hard for me to get all vox takes to sit in the mix so I fear it'll be either to loud or to soft compared to the beat. regardless let me know! Feedback is essential in my opinion. Thanks
