AT3035 Questions
Ok I just got my Audio-Technica AT3035 and I have a couple of questions
#1 - Im suprised that it only comes with a small case. I remember my marshall mxl 990 being in a nice big case that is nice and sturdy. I hope this small case is just as fine.

AT3035 vs. . AT4040 on horns
I was checking out the specs on these and noticed that the 3035 seemed to be much flatter overall and specifically in the 1-5k range that seems pretty important for most brass instruments. Anyone have experience with these mics on horns?

AT 3035 or ?
I dwell in the hip hop area, and I use the Audio-Technica 3035 but I want to upgrade. The problem is, I don't have a lot of experience with a a whole bunch of mics, but I'm thinking about an At 4040, a Rhode NT or up, and mabye an AKG or so. Also I'm using a Grace Design 101 pre-amp so, I'm also wandering, what would be a good mic to go along with the pre? or should I just keep the 3035. .

AT 3035 or 4040?
Hi! i am wondering to buy a one of those mics and i can't decide..Its for recording electric and acustic guitars, bass, vocals and piano/sintetizers. I like the sound when it's a bit (or very) high volume...So, which of those would you recommend me?
Thanks!
Toni

AT3035 and RODE NT1-A
Just curious if anyone out there has opinions on these two large diaphragm condensers, the AT3035 and the RODE NT1-A? They are both priced around $200 with accessories and they look like pretty similar mics to me. I'm looking for mainly a good vocal mic, but versatility is always better in the small studio setting. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks :) .

AT-3035 v. SP C-1?
Has anyone compared the Audio-Technica 3035 to the Studio Projects C-1? I need a versatile mic for drum overhead, acoustic guitar, and vocals.
