Exporting an audio track from Cubase to wavelab

Hope this is right forum for this hopefully easy question. - Using Cubase VST24, and wavelab. I have the edit preference on Cubase set up to go to Wavelab with a double click on the audio wave. The problem-- with a composite track (3 or 4 punches), only a section of the wave will export at a time. I have glued the track together.

Cubase 32bit or 24bit ?

Hi,

I have bought an M-Audio Delta44 to use with Cubase to increase recording clarity/headroom etc. I assumed the best setting then was to record at 96k/24 bit as per the spec of the card.

To maximise quality in clean tracks and resolution of reverb plugins (which still sound muddy) should I be using 32bit float?

thanks

Mark.

Nuendo2 / Cubase SX3 project run from 2 hard drives

Hi, I'm working on a project that is over 70 tracks of 44khz/24 bit audio waves. In the past I was using logic audio and it was easy to split the files and put them on 2 separate hard drives. This way the drives run smooth and I never had a single problem with even 100 tracks of audio running simultaneously. I have a 120gb SATA internal drive and a LaCie 120gb FireWire drive.

Hello,

I was wondering, is there any difference in sound quality between Pro Tools le and Cubase sx3. .i know that an individual should chose a software that he or she is comfortable with, but I'm curious to know if the digi 002 firewire is any different from an onyx firewire setup..isn't the sound quality the same?
