Hey everybody!

I know this is a ridiculous question, but I am tearing my hair out in frusteration!

I just upgraded to a digi rack and pro tools LE, and I am having a serious friggin' problem:

I can't figure out how to get the damn metronome to work!

I feel like a retard, because it is somehting that should be so damn easy, but has caused me no end of upset!

hi, i was wondering if anybody can let me know how to record an audio track with the metronome on and not actually record the metronome. Its driving me crazy!
i had this configured before but my brother has been pi**ing around with my comp.
Any help would be much appreciated

I have a problem when recording audio in Cubase SX 3, It seems to record the click track too, I've tried switching it off but it still plays on playback. Any ideas Why? I'm probably doing something completely stupid!

Can anyone please tell me how to use the metronome with Cakewalk 4 P.E.? I see where the settings are for it, but I have no metronome sound durning recording and playback, on my Tascam FW-1884 the Midi out light blinks with metronome tempo, but still nothing. Please help?

Hey everyone, this is my first post here and it's a newbie question... I've got PreSonus Firebox firewire interface and it came with Cubase LE. I've added an audio track to the project and I'm recording my guitar through the mic, however, it also records the metronome!

hey, I have a question about my metronome... it's integrated into my Sonar 3 producers edition program and I can't seem to get it to work I have messed around with multiple options and still can't get it to make a sound while recording therefor the drummer and midi effects will not sound either...

I can't seem to get the metronome in Pro-Tracks Plus to work - at all. I read the help file and it says you need an internal pc speaker (which I don't have) or assign a synth sound or create a dummy track. What's the easiest way to implement this? Thanks in advance.

I've been recording bands for awhile now and my method has always been to record a scratch rythym track to a drum machine, (just a simple 1,2,3,4 beat). After getting the rythm track down I give it to the drummer in his headphones and record him playing to it.
