I have a ZED10FX mixer that I use for Zoom calls with a guitar, a mic and a backing track. I use the USB out from the ZED to the computer, and choose that USB input as the "microphone" in Zoom.
Hi!
My MXL 770 is very low volume and there is a noticeable hiss.
I haven't used it in a while and the last time it was on a different computer and it worked fine.
I use a Neewer 48V 1-channel phantom power supply.
I am not very experienced in troubleshooting this kinda stuff so if anyone could help me thatd be great!
For some reason when I'm in fruity loops my microphone picks up buzzing sound and hissing noises.

Snake impressions. :) I hear it when record monitoring is on, and it's still there when I turn the mic off. And when the mic is off, the hissing gets louder and quieter as I adjust the gain, which my ignorance and I agreed is pretty interesting.
HI,
All the while, I recorded my vocal & instruments like guitar directly from the Mics (condenser & dynamic) to the Audio Interface.
So, I have been working over the past couple of years intermittently trying to record both my guitar, and lately my voice, using my laptop and audio interfaces. I have always run into the same problem: background hiss and white noise.
Hi, first post here... Hoping someone can help!
