HELP! Installing a new swappable drive

I have a Windows XP Pro system with 2 - 80 gig hard drives. There is an 80 gig internal drive, partitioned into drive “C” and “D”. “C” has the OS and Cubase VST 5.1 software installed on it and “D” is a partition I can use to back stuff up on.

I have a second removable 80 gig drive which is designated drive “G”. It is full.

installing soundcard? ground?

I just got my new soundcard and it says in the installation booklet that i have to ground myself when putting the soundcard in my computer. it says to hold a side of the computer? I dont really get that. i understand that the reason for this is to avoid breaking the soundcard with static or whatever else but i do not understand what i have to do to ground myself when installing it.
